June 2010 Update:
Exchange discontinues Video Catalog production & eliminates 6 month contract:We will be distributing the Final Issue of The Exchange Video Catalog at shows this summer, and will be discontinuing use of this unique marketing tool upon completion of this distribution. Since our launch in 2005 the era of DVD media has come and gone as technology continues produce faster and ever-more accessible internet. We will be investing the sizeable overhead of producing the Video Catalog into an improved web site with greater interactivity, as well as an increased presence at horse shows across the country.

We will continue to create Individual Sale DVDs for our Sellers as part of each horse's Campaign. These professionally edited and produced DVDs are useful for Sellers to distribute on location at horse shows and upon Buyer request, as there are still some in the industry that do not have reliable access to high speed internet. Relief of the Video Catalog burden eliminates the need for a 6 month marketing contract, as this was in place to allow us time to produce and distribute this feature length DVD. New listings are responsible only for the initial $250 Loading Fee, which covers Campaign preparation, production and launch, and the first month of marketing ($35 per horse). Marketing will then continue on a month-to-month basis for as long as Seller desires or needs at the $35 per month per horse rate. Campaigns may be terminated at any time for any reason with proper notice. We require notice by the 15th to be removed from the following months charges as many of our promotions are produced and printed in advance.

We are currently in production on the first phase of our new and improved web site and look forward to sharing it with you. We are still welcoming new horses during this transition and have lots of summer horse show promotions planned!

OUR MEDIA PLATFORM:
All horses must register in an Exchange Equine Marketing Campaign to be featured on ExchangeHJ.com. Registration includes a variety of other services and exposure outlets described in detail at the links below. The Exchange Equine Marketing Campaign distributes your horse's marketing and media at horse shows, in print, and online to tens of thousands potential Hunter-Jumper Buyers.

OUR HORSES:
Are strictly Hunter-Jumper types, and most are proven winners on the “A” & “AA” Circuits. We manage the Campaigns of 50+ horses at any given time in locations across the United States and Canada. Our listings range from Short Stirrup Ponies to Grand Prix Veterans with asking prices of $20,000 - $200,000+.

At the heart of our service is a desire to assist you. By handling the difficult tasks associated with modern advertising, such as file conversion, media editing & replication, copy writing, ad submission, etc., we free you to focus on your horses. Not only does our assistance generate sales and publicity for your entire barn, it also alleviates Owner concern about efforts being made to move their horse. On the flip side, we strongly advocate the involvement of professionals at all levels of the sale process, and encourage inexperienced Buyers to enlist the assistance of their trainer.

ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
All horses must have quality video and photos to register with The Exchange, and all listings are subject to approval. Poor quality media, or media that does not support the horse's career and asking price, are common reasons for denial. Please elect to learn more about these details below.
