Striking athlete for juniors that want to stand out in the Medals and step up to the Derbies. Initially started as a jumper, Berkeley won Rd. 1 of the 7/8 y.o. YJF Finals in Kentucky out of 30 top horses. She took time off to have a foal then moved into Hunters & Eq with tricolors, wins, and prizes in nice company. She has the heart, looks and diverse natural talent to be a very special junior partner.

Berkeley is bred for sport and can go in any ring. She is a cute mover with a stylish jump and a fantastic expression, plus very brave and game to the fences. Berkeley shines over difficult Derby & Medal courses and has experience with water & liverpools for those with Talent Search goals. She is keen, responsive and scopey, and will try all day long at the jumps. Berkeley goes best for a quiet and well-balanced rider with educated aids. She has a great brain with no spook or peek.

Berkeley is kind, intelligent and dependable. She always wears a happy expression, is loving and well-mannered on the ground, and has the same dependable attitude at home and at the shows. She is currently in a basic program of daily turnout plus hacks and 1-2 lessons a week. She enjoys her job and has a great work ethic.
