Monty has good show miles in the Ch/AA divisions and great potential to finish for the 4’+ classes. He is big, athletic, and correct, and offers good scope and a great mind. He is very brave and careful and has good show results through 1.10m. His huge step makes the lines easily but he also adds up and turns well when asked. He is smart and willing and retains his training well. He has a good education on the flat, including counter-canter, and learns new things very quickly. He is young and sound and perfect for serious jumper riders shopping on a budget.

Monty will go far with a rider that can advance his education, but is also quiet, dependable, and forgiving enough for a going Ch/AA rider. He is super easy to show and his amateur owner manages all shipping, grooming and riding for herself. He goes from stall to ring and never needs a lunge. He is likewise adaptable at home and happy in whatever group or individual turnout he’s put in. He remains sensible when weather keeps him in and is always very respectful of his boundaries. He is never spooky, and has experienced all kinds of triggers including - but not limited to! - loud noises, farm machinery, deer, goats, alpacas & more.
