EXPERIENCE & APTITUDE:
Calvin is a straightforward and dependable horse with a fancy presence and a super easy-going temperament. He specializes in the Medals & Equitation, doubles in the International Hunter Derbies and Talent Search, and has twice attended USEF National Medal Finals. He has a big slow step and extra scope for the 3’6” job. He is also exceptionally well-broke with confirmed auto-changes and an awesome counter-canter. Though only 8 years old, he is already a wonderful partner for move-up and a great schoolmaster for the advanced flatwork.

SUITABILITY:
Calvin is quiet enough for a beginner and not at all particular about the ride he gets. He could move a Pre-Childrens rider up to the 3’ Medals, Big Eq classes, and take them to any of the major Medal Finals. He is also hard-working and eager to please and enjoyed by more advanced riders. He loves to horse show and needs minimal work to prepare. He is an easy-keeper in the barn and his agreeable nature should suit nearly any rider or program.
