Very cute young hunter, chrome on all fours, happy expression. Confident to the jumps and brought along to be brave and honest. Going well in 2’9” Lows and elligible Pregreen. Recently debuted in Adult Amateurs and took 7th in the Ariat Medal in Cleveland.
Kingston has a nice basic jumping style and is developing a consistently good front end. Moves free through the shoulder and stretches into the bridle for a nice hunter frame and a good hack prize. Well educated on the flat, shoulders-in/out and counter-canter, has changes and continues to improve their consistency. Easy to sit, lots of step, likes a leg to hand ride- could be finished by suitable jr/am as a handy equitation partner and has low, easy miles in the jumper ring.
By King James and out of Destiny, this flashy warmblood is has been brought along slowly and correctly. Kingston has had appropriate time to mature mentally, build confidence, and develop physically. He is quiet, not spooky, and has been shown consistently by an amateur. Ready for a career in the Ch/AA hunter divisions and more with a rider that has the appropriate experience to finish a nicely started horse. Sound and goes barefoot behind with ease.
Emerald Isle is offered for sale by Sara Ballinger of Ohio.
