Recently moved up to First Years with nice prizes and has a record of wins and top ribbons in classes of 30-40+ competitors. "Lexi" placed well among good company in every 2009 Adult Hunter Classic entered, and successfully moved up to Derby competition in 2010. She has proven herself to be an ideal amateur partner and will suit competitive jr/ams ready to move up to 3' or 3'6".

Lexi has a beautifully soft and fluid style. She's smooth across the ground, easy to sit, and comfortable over 3'6". She has a big, quiet step and lots of natural balance to jump from. Her style is classically scopey, correct and appealing, and she jumps with a consistently good front end. Lexi is a good mover with a steady rhythm and a great expression. She has good hack prizes in company and will be a top contender in most areas. Lexi is easy-going, gets along well with just about any rider, and is excellent for building confidence. She has a fantastic sense of humor, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to forgive and forget. Lexi has changes and counter-canters, and needs minimal prep or lunge to show.

Lexi's quiet demeanor and dependable attitude are great assets to her talent. She hasn't any mare-ish tendencies, always wears her ears and a happy expression, and is perfectly pleasant to work with. Lexi likes turnout, is simple to maintain, and excels in a consistent program with professional assistance. She has also successfully lived at home with her experienced amateur owner managing an appropriate fitness schedule. Lexi goes on trails, hangs out bareback after the show, and is always happy to see her owner. She is a kind horse with a good brain, winning style, and a great personality for competitive jr/ams.
