Won a class of 67 at Thermal and was Champion of 22 at Thunderbird. Also has Young Jumper Tricolors, good ribbons with a Ch/AA rider, and great ribbons in large classes at Pebble Beach. Confident at 1.20m, ready for more, and will also double as a lovely Talent Search partner.
“Markus” is an athletic, careful jumper that shows scope for the Jr/AO divisions. He's naturally balanced with lots of suspension, comfortable gaits, and an easy jump to stay with. He has changes, counter-canter and basic dressage schooling, and will adjust his step and jump to suit the task. Markus has a fantastic expression and plenty of style to show off an Equitation rider. Naturally quiet and needs little preparation to show.
A gentle giant with great manners, Markus goes on trails and is unlikely to misbehave on the ground or under saddle. He has a good brain and a great disposition, and is always a pleasure to work with. Owner desires a home in a quality program that can properly develop his talent.
