Details

Aragon has had a big career at the 1.20m-1.40m heights, including 1.20m/1.25m ribbons in 2017, and is ready to step down. He will jump anything from anywhere at 3’ and is still a competitive 1.10m-1.20+m horse with an accurate ride. Though he approaches his work with enthusiasm he does not buck, bolt, or act goofy, and is perfect for introducing an aspiring jumper rider to a horse with more blood. He is great at advancing a rider’s skills on the flat and preparing them to ride the bigger tracks. He has a fantastic work ethic and will practice all day long if his rider requires it.

Aragon does not require an advanced rider and has loads to teach someone just starting out in the jumpers. He always aims to please and loves to work. An uneducated rider will benefit from weekly training rides to keep him working correctly on the bit, but he does not require them to be good. He is well-behaved and affectionate, and easy for jr/ams to groom and handle themselves.
