Percy is a gorgeous young hunter with all the qualities of an outstanding jr/am horse. Though still green, he is incredibly brave with an equally kind temperament & a genuine desire to please. He was Champion & Hack Winner in his 3’3” Junior Hunter debut this summer & is qualified 2023 Junior Hunter Finals. He presents beautifully in the ring & his comfortable gaits, good changes & fearless jump are just what the jr/am ordered. An early summer foal, Percy turned 6 in June & in 2021 was WEF Res. Circuit Champion 3/4 y.o. Pre-Green Hunter + WCHR Young Hunter Champion at Princeton & had great 3’ Green Hunter trips at Capital Challenge. He ribboned well in the 3’6” Greens at 2022 WEF & is eligible reinstatement if buyer desires. He is a delight to have at the shows, easy to prepare, and doesn’t have to school the jumps in the morning. He’s also lovely at home & one of the sweetest horses in the barn. He’ll do best with continued professional riding, though doesn’t require a lot of jump schooling, and enjoys consistent turnout at home. He’s brave & straightforward & ready to thrill a jr/am owner.
