Danny is an outstanding teacher for the novice levels. He is easy to stay with over fences and a steady point-&-shoot ride to them. He is very good at rating himself, does not need any help at the jumps or for the lead change, and his naturally uphill build makes him very easy to keep balanced. His simplicity allows riders to focus on their positions and he takes care of the rest. He has a solid record of Pre-Childrens & Childrens Hunter wins in the show ring and is also great to lesson on at home. He successfully helped the owner move up from 2’ to 3’ and is ready to bring along another child or adult rider.

Danny does not require sophistication and does not mind teaching a rider while they advance. He needs almost zero professional oversight at home and just does a ticketed round or two early in the week at shows. He does a wonderful job of taking care of his rider and giving them confidence in the show ring. He is suitable as a first show horse or for anyone moving up from the Short & Long Stirrup classes.
