Re-stocked! 28 new sale horses including 2 new EHJ Sale Barns added in May.

June 01, 2014

After a brief reprieve from Winter Circuit madness sale horses are flooding in again. Thus, web site upgrades I'd begun when listings were light have been shoved to a rear stovetop, and I'll have to dig through the recesses of 28 new horses posted in 29 days to remember what I was doing and why I was doing it. But for you, buyers, the news is good. We have lots of great new inventory.

May launched with a brand new sale barn from North Carolina. Apex Equestrian currently hosts five young jumpers on their Exchange page and a dozen others at their home location. Both the quality and variety of the Apex horses add great depth to the jumper selection on our site.

The German Horse Center and Hidden Hill Farm (also in North Carolina) both updated their pages with two new sale horses, and Greg Crolick's highly regarded Top Call Farm submitted hunters Borencio & Revival for marketing.

In one week we created and launched the custom sale barn page for Stal Wilten, which added seven more gorgeous horses to the site. With several successful show horses already in the US, an established clientele from California to Florida, and a solid understanding of what the American market desires, this Netherlands-based operation offers great options for buyers interested in shopping overseas.

Two veteran jumpers joined us, both hail from the Atlanta area and both sport names that will make you smile. Tum Tum (pictured) is an awesome partner for young riders stepping into the Jr/AO ranks, and former Grand Prix horse Querreque is a schoolmaster for USEF Talent Search, 3'6" Medals & 1.25m Jr/AOs.

Aren't those names just great? I'm such a sucker for alliteration.

Devon arrived and I had to ban myself from USEF Network to keep up the pace. We sent vibes of luck to sale horses Revival, Cartaire & Own It who were all competing at Devon, and welcomed superstar Medium Pony Blackout shortly after he'd pinned 2nd, 2nd & 4th on the Grand Grounds themselves.

Other wonderful horses were posted for a total of 28 new sale horse ads built & launched in May. That's over 20,000 words published, for those counting (me). This effort would have also gotten me 1/3 of the way through The Great American Novel. (#bucketlist).

In case you missed 1 or 2 (or 12) you can review all the new sale horses here: May 2014 New Listings.

And those web site upgrades? They're coming, along with more new horses to my inbox. May the battle between web nerd and horse nerd rage on!
